Default upgrade fog light bulbs

I saw this page and I want to upgrade my fogs now http://formula.bambeezer.com/foglight.htm
mine is also a formula so i would need that size not the big t/a ones. then i noticed the page was 3 years old since update and I couldn't find thoes bulbs on ebay or on any sites through google. Are thoes still good bulbs and does anyone know where to get them? or are there any others you'd recommend better?

The thing you need to be careful of if you up the wattage, is the stock lamps are plastic, and will melt due to the higher heat of a higher wattage bulb.
I just went ahead and replaced the whole lamp assy with something else, much better lighting now
