Default 98 vette cutting fuel at wot

I was dynoing today and my car would cut out at 4900 rpms. the timing would go up and stay at 40, but the tps went down to 36 and the injector duty cycle went down to 8 from 67. I could not do anything with torque management, tcs, abuse management, or anything else to get the engine to not cut out. What is funny is that the engine would come back on about 6000 if I held the throttle. I noticed newer model cars have alot more tables to adjust in the torque limiting areas.

Can anyone help me. I can rev the car in first and second to 6500 rpm. Its weird that 4th gear on the road and the dyno the car hits a fuel cut and then recovers later in the rpm. Its like 1000 rpm flatspot from 4900 to 6000.

From the throttle position reading sounds like a bad connection....... Might want to also look at the throttle motor and blade connections, maybe catching/dragging in one certain spot every once in a while????
