Well the bottom end started knocking....and knocking loud! So what should I do get a forged shortblock or go with a Take-Out engine. The LS2 sounds pretty good also. What do you think?

i have a 2002 Z28 6 spd. i got cold air intake, diablo sports programmer, mac mid tube headers, no cats, and a corsa cat back. 2 days ago i heard a light knocking from the engine bay. i have no idea what it is and i would like to know. it only happens at a idle. and it does not happen all the time. SOMEONE HELP ME
