Default Data logging in pcm for Etc

looking in the bin, i might be wrong, but doesnt this mean that the pcm records certain conditions durring a fast decell or accelleration event? I wonder what is needed to read it from the computer?
Even though that would be a bad thing for us if gm used it to see why the customer brought it in for warrenty...
