few odds and ends i have a 1992 camaro, i am trying to paint the door handles the shifter(not the **** itself but the metal pipe) and the E-brake(same thing) i have already sanded it down, what else should i do to prep it and what kinda paint... i want a metalic red color... also any type of clear coat or sealer i should use?

If you're looking for a metallic color, check out Duplicolor's Metalcast paint. You can find it in autozone.

If you do use metalcast, make sure you buy the metalcast ground coat. It will make it look a lot better.
