Default New STS Times

Finally got out the 1/4 mile track tonight.

here is the best time of the night
60Ft 1.67
1/8 7.64
1/8 speed 90.11
1/4 11.97
1/4 MPH 112.64

The track was cold and windy everyone was having trouble hooking tonight. I was running on a new set of Mickeys and they were hooking good, but I could only launch at 3000RPM

here is my set up
STS @ 9PSI
FMIC
#42 injectors
Meth
Fuddle 4000 stall
tune Nelson Performance

Tonight I just wanted to hit 11s and I did barely.

So what do you alll think is next to get me deeper in the 11s?

forgot to mention
I have a 255 fuel pump waiting to be installed just got it in yesterday and didnt have time to install it yet.
And I got a TransGo reprogramming kit on the way to me. So hopefully when I get that installed I can launch a little higher on the RPMs.

buldogg, are you logging any of your runs? I am working on Larrys tune, and I am not so sure his meth is working for ****. We only clipped 12.02 tonight, with Valve Float taking over.
STS T67 @ 8psi, Meth (small nozzle ? if its working), 42lbs Inj, Walbro 340 Pump, Fuddle 3800 Stall and tuned by Chaz

Yeah I log all my times with HPTuners. I am using the large nossle for right now at least till I get that 255 fuel pump installed.

My runs last night I was all over 12.2, 12.1, 12.0 then finally the 11.97

I think I am getting valve float also, but I do have a set of springs that are waiting to go in, I got a new turbo cam and set of new springs from a guy that was going with a turbo set up but decided not to use his LS1 block. So I need to install the springs, as for the cam I think its way too big for what I want at least right now, thinking of a Z06 cam or the lingenfelther GT7 not sure.

If you want you can email me a log and I can compare it to mine and let you know what I see. Or I can email mine. email address is donclarkjr@msn.com

thanks
