My first mods

My first mods
I installed an SLP lid. I hear a difference but it feels the same, as expected, I guess.
Next will be headers and exhaust.
I'm going to use either Cooks or QTP LT's and run a catted Y-pipe with all the emission stuff hooked up. I'm going to leave the stock catback on there but install a cut out for the rare track days. I want the car to be quiet but also be able to hear it roar with the flick of a switch. I'll install all this stuff myself.
Next is a Cam shaft. A mild one!
I want to be able to pass inspection and have good streetability so I'm leaning toward the TR224/224-114 cam. I'm going to have a local shop install the cam and then do a tune.
Do you guys have any comments on this plan of attack? What kind of performance should I expect?
That's about all I plan to do to the car. (lol Ya right! I'll probably end up getting some AFR heads next Winter.)
Thanks for any and all comments

yeah thats the order most people do for mods.
I am getting a catback soon, cant stand the stock quiet exhaust barely can hear it idle, and having a 6 speed i need to hear the rpms to shift.
i am ordering a clear lid and a green filter hopefully, after that maybe lowering and suspension mods as well as subframe connectors. then onto headers and y-pipe way down the road.

I really should go for some SFC's with jack points first. Thanks for the reminder.

Sounds like a plan....I went with SFCs & STB first to give the car a little more handling ability. I think the SFCs are a really good early mod, keep the stress off the body and tighten the frame up a lot.
As for an air lid, it was my first mod, and it does look cleaner than factory.
