Dave I LOVED the PY3600E in my 00 Z28.I went 10.68,10.69 and a 10.70 with my completely stock internal with a 250 dual stage wet kit and it never wimpered.Best 4L60E converter on the market.I own a transmission shop and I sold 2 customers on them and they LOVE them.

I am confused we do all rebuilds with in a day or two of the the time they come in.
unless, we do not have any info with them, like who's converter it is (we get converters in that have been reboxed by UPS or FED EX or oil soaked boxed torn apart) and they have to set till we find out who they belong to.
but I will look into this for you, and make sure it will not happen again!
Thank's
Mike
