Default F1 pulley torque specs?

Anyone know the torque specs for the supercharger pulley on the F1? Do you use red or blue loctite?

Also how did you hold the impeller? Just stick a screwdriver against one of the blades or what?

No do not stick a screwdriver in the baldes!!!

Use a tool to hold the pulley. Or take a old belt to wrap around the pulley and hold with vise grips.

Look at the impeller, look at it real good, now tell me if it'll stand up to torquing a bolt down to any amount with a screw driver stuck in there.

Put the pulley on, put some blue lock tie on the bolt, thread it in by hand. Put the s/c in your lap so nothing is near the impeller because YOU DO NOT WANT TO DAMAGE THE PRECISION MACHINED IMPELLER AT ALL and get your favorite air ratchet. Now with a glove on your free hand, hold the pulley real tight (with the gloved hand) and hit the bolt with the air ratchet until you can't hold the pulley anymore.

Thats it, i've done A TON of pulley swaps and have never had a pulley bolt come loose with that method.

And again, DON'T EVER STICK ANYTHING INTO THE IMPELLER. Call ATI and ask em how much those things are, plus you'll have to pay em for a rebuild too.
