Default Oil in the water?

What would be the most likely culprit? Head gasket??

Head gasket (s), cracked block, cracked head, warped head ect.

Leaking power steering pump cooler, if you have one. Is there water in the oil?

Looks like you have an A4. Look at your transmission dipstick. See if it has water in it. If it does then you have a busted transmission line tube in the radiator.

I had it happen on my Blazer. Its a job to get it all out. I had to have the tranny rebuilt one year later.

Thankfully it's not my car. Guess we will be looking at a bunch of differnt issues though..
