Default Need some pointers on traction...

OK, here's the scoop:

Stock SS with bolt-ons made 325 rwhp, and 13.4 sec 1/4 mile at the track. Trap speed 106 mph - Seems about right for a stock SS

Then, I have added an F10 cam (228/228) some MAC headers, injectors...and made 390 rwhp on a dyno.

However, track performance was MISEARBLE ! I was either bogging on 1st (low rpm launch), or skidding on 2nd gear. My best ET was 14.1 seconds with trap speed of 109 mph.
My 0-60' was almost 3 seconds, which is terrible. I'd like it to be 2...

I still have stock SS tires, and stock clutch, but Koni shocks/springs

Logicaly, next step would be to get some nittos, and maybe a Spec stage II clutch, but then rear-end is gonna become the weakest link, which I really don't wanna break...

My question is: Would you guys recommned for me to get just nittos, just clutch, or both? How would you launch the car then ? I don't wanna dump the clutch, as that puts a lot of stress on the rear-end...

Any pointers would be very apprciated....
Thanks...
