what oil is recomended for a procharger blower d1sc? how often and is there a drain plug?

10w40...........j/k. ATI sells their own oil. I believe it's every 6000 miles.

Sorry to say you have to go to ATI and use THERE SPECIAL oil. I don not believe any one has found a substitute for there oil. If your unit is still under warranty it is a must to use theres or it will be void if there is a problem.

As for changing, 1st change @500 miles there after every other 6000miles. I change mine ever time I change the engine oil, while it is up any way.

Yes there is a drain plug its on the bottom, let the car sit for a while before you drain it or take out the dipstick-fill plug 1st, to relieve what little pressure is in the case. The oil comes in pre measured bottles, and it takes one full bottle.

I refused to pay the crazy price for ATI's oil. I switched over to 0-15 (the light weight stuff) Mobil 1. I never had a problems for the 1000 miles I had on it.
