How to take out TA vents

Two tiny flathead screw drivers, one on each side. Very carfully lift on each one, one at a time. The vent has like two small pointed plastic teeth that dig, or hold, whatever, into the dash. Just be sure that are not in contact and carefully wedge it out. That's how I did it.
