I got this cam from Chet Herbert cams out of Cali, And my tunner is kinda freakin out because of its size. I want a secong opinion.

Opinions actually wanted in this thread

Forgot to mention Chet Herbert races turbo LS1s out there in cali and this is slightly smaller than what they are running.

Jerry, you know I think its way too big. It doesnt take much cam for the turbo.

Yeah thats why I havent installed it yet but the grinder of this cam told me that its gonna have a slight lope and anything passed 3500rpm I better hold on to my undies.

I know there is a cam out that is for a N/A motor the majic stick 3 cam that is real close to this one, like only a couple of degrees difference but the center is like 112 which makes it idle kinda hard. But man it sounds nice and runs good

To big.....you want to keep overlap around -8 to 2+ degrees.
