Default Need help fast, I can't find my STS oil check valve!

I need to know were to get a similar replacement today. We have a grainger in town, but i'm not sure exactly how the sts valve works. Most of the check valves i'm finding are for high pressure.

Is the sts one pressure based as in no flow until pressure passes 5psi or something like that?

Just look for one with a low "cracking" pressure (1-5 psi). It doesnt matter what the max pressure is. You will be way under it. The one STS uses is a 1/8 pipe double female.

Looks like I just found one locally, it's 3/8 npt with a 1 psi spring so I'll have to adapt it. Good news is it's only $6

Mcmaster Carr, www.mcmaster.com, go to www.junkyardturbos.com and do a search and you will find the exact part number for it. That is the one I use on my home built rear mount.
