Default tr224 to T rex...

I am doing a cam shaftswap soon from 224 to trex.... is there anything else i should change other than the Patriot springs????

Is recommend tossing in the new lightweight plastic retainers. They are good for about 43hp.

Upgrade all valvetrain probably for good insurance and re-gear or stall.
