Default Custom Big Tube Header Sources?

With ever-bigger stock displacement engines, more 400 -445 c.i. modified versions, and now the potential for 500 c.i. with an aftermarket block, there is a growing need for headers with 2" and larger primaries. I am developing the specs for a 433 c.i. Z06 road racer that is likely to need 2 -1/8" tubes to develop its full potential. Does anyone have experience or sources re fabbing such fat pipes for a C5?

Posted a reply, but it's gone! (or maybe I forgot to send it...)
Thanks John, at least W2W isn't too far away. When we spoke to Kook's the subject of posible custom builds didn't come up; may give them another call..

I dont think you can get anyhting bigger than 1 7/8 tubes on the C5. The oil pan is the problem.

Well, a 1.9" square pipe would give the same area as a 2 -1/8" round one I guess... (o:b
