Autometer air fuel ratio gauge,will it work off of factory o2 sensor?

Autometer air fuel ratio gauge,will it work off of factory o2 sensor? I found a harness on ebay that says it goes in the middle of your factory o2 sensor and plugs back into the orginal harness and then has a wire to hook up to a air fuel ratio gauge. Has anyone ever tried one of these or even seen this type of harness before or can I use a one of the factory wires out of my original o2 sensor? Any help or comments would be a great help.
