uh oh, i think i have clutch issues. comments please? so i had some bucking and i was pissed and gave it about half throttle in 5th at about 50 mph.. next thing i know i felt a little shake. sometimes if i pop it in 4th gear i feel a shake from the rear tires slipping a little but this time it definately feltlike clutch. its a damn brand new spec, well almost brand new. maybe 5000 miles on it. it alsmot feels like the shim for it was too much. but either way it catches high and felt like it slipped up in 5th gear. is it possible the shim put teh slave too close to the pressure plate and is now giving me troubles? all parts are brand new except the master.

i wanted to check again today and it did the same thing. would taht much load cause somethign like that in 5th? i woudl think it shoudl hold and just bog. if it comes down the clutch is ****, what is a new good clutch to get anyway?
