Question debating on engine setup for turbo..EXPERIENCED ADVICE APPRECIATED

i've done hrs and hrs of research, cant make up my mind....

have sts turbo setup...will be switching to prolly hi-flo after i save money again from engine buildup

its a 2001 camaro...
built bottom end, stock cubes. shitty cam, stock heads (besides springs)

the plan is for heads and cam with meth over winter..

im torn on which heads... i was pretty set on AFR 225's but im debating now. the car was tuned with great results from cartek and i really like their operation over there. im thinkin of possibly handing the car over to them so they can set it up... regardless im pretty set on them specing the cam, and theyre defenitely tuning. i dont have an endless budjet mind u.

right now im at 8psi with 8.65CR and an intercooler...pretty conservative if u ask me. the plan is to add the meth, and max out the gt67. (which im hoping for 13psi.

what im asking is,....
-what heads are best for me to get....? i was pretty set on AFRs but now that its comin down to it my head is spinning
-ricer question: what kinda gains will i see?(with heads/cam/mazed boost/meth....have 485/567 right now)
-AFR 225 vs CARTEK stage heads(or any staged heads for that matter)?

any other opinions or experiences are appreciated

edit: is a summer driven car, still want it to be a nice driver decent on gas that can perform both dig and roll

If you can afford the AFR's, I would definitely step up to them. Especially if you plan to keep adding more and more power as time goes on.
