Default Busted front quarter panel

So the idiots at my local tire shop managed to brake my right front quarter panel where it connects underneath the car. Can I fix this or do I have to buy a whole new fender because its fiberglass? A lot of camaro's around here (denver) have broken quarters because of the snow and ice etc. Would you guys let it bug you? You can hardly tell but it bugs the hell out of me.

front fenders are a composite material, more like plastic
you might be able to use an epoxy material to bond it back together. I got some 2-part flexible epoxy that would work great, but i forgot the name of it

I would be getting a new one installed and painted professionally and those idiots would be paying for it.
