Default Quick: Should I get a new driveshaft?

Track rental on Dec 17th, trailering the car 3 hours from home for this. I will be flashing the stall on a 100 shot on Mickey Thompsons. I want to know if my LS1 driveshaft will hold up...I don't want to go all the way there and make 1 or 2 passes, I want to make more like 19-20.

How many A4 guys out there have busted the 1LE/LS1 aluminum driveshaft?

Search in this forum, several snapped shafts, don't remember A4 or M6.

BTW, I've got a brand new, never installed Inland Empire 3" HD shaft - good for 500 hp according to their web site. I'll sell it for $40 less than Summit Racing - let me know if you are interested.

Well that's the thing. I've never seen an Auto break one...

Is the Inland shaft aluminum?
