Head question...for future build

6.0L heads?! Help with future build plan?
I was planning on supercharging my car (procharger D1SC) and since I am a college student, I can't afford to do all the modding at once. I wanted to do some 6.0L heads (74 cc chamber) to help drop the compression ratio so that I could run more boost without having to rebuild the bottom end. Now, if I only add the 6.0L heads and a cam (nothing big, want to keep the drivability) and then the next summer (2007) get the procharger, what kind of problems if any would I have building a blower setup (the 6.0L heads and cam) but then running it naturally aspirated for a year until I can buy the procharger?
Would it be better to get the procharger first and then the next year pick up the 6.0L heads/cam???
