QA1 Gen F or R series

QA1 Gen F or R series I'm getting a front set of QA1's for Christmas, but which ones do I need? The car is a weekend/track car. I want them with the 12 way adjustable and I'm getting the 275lb springs. What are the differences between the 2 shocks? Help me out, I need to place my order. Thanks

If by "track" you mean the dragstrip then I would get the R's in the front. I saw an immediate improvement with mine. I have the competition engineering shocks in the back. Hope this helps.

I had on hand the regular QA1 12 ways so that is what I used and right now with no power they are working, but can see the benefit of the Rs as power increases and wheel stands become more frequent/higher. B/c on full loose it does bounce on the shifts but b/c I do not make much power it doesnt upset the car too bad.
