Default Piston To Valve clearance?

I think I'm more than in the clear. I'll be using stock heads, stock valves, stock rocker arms, and stock pushrod length. The new cam has the following specs

Intake duration at .050 - 228 at .200 149 0.346 lobe lift, .588 lift with 1.7 rocker arms

Exhaust duration at .050 - 230 at .200 151 0.348 lobe lift, .592 lift with 1.7's

I'd search, but search is broken. I know this is a common question, and I think I'll be alright. I'd just like some reassurance, and I'd like to know how to check the clearance as well.

Thanks guys. I appreciate your time and response.

Mike

Don't see a problem with that at all. I use a degree wheel, a solid lifter and a depth mic to check P/V clearance.

All 3 of which I don't have. I guess I'll hope with the "I hope **** doesn't break" method. Thanks. Hope it's ok.
