Default mild steel down pipe?

will a mild steel down pipe live on my twin turbos maybe with jet-hot or should i spend another 300 or so and go stainless

mild steel and jet hot will be fine. I would run at least a 16 gauge tube size though.. I have burned holes in 18 gauge uncoated, but have seen some impressive results with mild and quality coating. the downpipe should not see the temps the primaries do and will not be as pressurized which is what I think ended up pushing through on the 18 gauge uncoated primaries and this was on a Honda old turbo toy project. I think alot of people like the mild coated because it does not share the more pronounced expansion coefficient that 304 stainless does.
