Default Engine strong enough for new cam?

Hey guys, just wanting to get some opinions on if you think my engine is strong enough for two separate cams I'm looking at? Here's my internal setup,
Patriot Stage 2 CNC Ported Heads
5/8 Double Coil Springs
Titanium Locks and Retainers
Comp Cams Chromoly Pushrods
Comp R Lifters
I'm currently running a TR224 cam but I'm looking at the GM Grand Am Cup cam and the Joe Overton "T-Rex Killer" cam. I'm planning on having to flycut the pistons but just wondering if you guys think the internals will hold. I also have a full intake system upgrade and full exhaust system upgrade so it can breath just fine. Thanks guys

Default

"5/8 double coil springs" <---What does that mean? What springs? What company? How many miles on them?

How many miles on motor? How has it been treated? Ever had a leak down or compression tests?
