Do you have an A4 or a stick?
I have 4.11’s in my A4. If your daily driving includes a lot of open interstate, though, I would say go with the 3.73’s. When I’m cruising at 60mph or less, I can hardly notice the difference – the car just shifts up to the next gear at a lower speed. But at 75 or 80 mph you’re in overdrive and turning nearly 3,000 rpm. It gets annoying and it reminds me riding in a Honda.
I’m very happy with my current setup but I wouldn’t be if I did frequent high speed highway driving.

Definately need to know more info on what you have done to the car (heads, cam, ect...) and what you want to do with it. I have 4.30's on my DD
If its mainly stock then the above mentioned whether you have a man or auto would be fine.
