Default 98-99 vs. 00-02 header differences?

I was up in the attic tonight and all of my parts are up there in boxes and I noticed that the header box (Pacesetter) says 98-99 and I ordered for a 2000. I know they list them with different part #'s so I wanted to see if anyone knows the main difference. Can I run these anyway or should I make a big deal and get the right ones. Came from Speed Inc. Thanks
