Default Hvmc on pacesetters

Has anyone tried to mod them and have it work? Is the hvmc worth the hassle of trying this?

by the time you got the parts and spent the time hacking and welding, you would just wish that you bought the qtp ones right off the bat.....

now that I see that QTP has lost their mind and taken about $600 dollars off off theirs . I feel stupid. Screw pacesetters.
