Default big problem please help

installed my LE1 head and cam package on my 94 firebird with all the bolt ons. ordered a pcm from pcmforless and the car ran awsome but the battery died and i had to jump it off. after that the car starts jerking at 1500 rpm in every gear. installed new battery and still does it, alternator checked good.
when i got it home i hooked up my hypertech programmer and it popped up that it was a 95 caprice and with the wrong VIN#. Did the pcm lose it's tune? or do i have another problem.

You need to get in contact with whoever did your tune, They dont just lose that kinda stuff. There was a mistake with the vin number.

Jump starting a car with jumper cables and not a jumper box can cause some unwanted electronic problems. My 2 cents.
