Default Quick Stupid Question on over revving just for peace of mind

ok i have a rebuilt stock 6.0 shortblock new rings, bearings with about ~1K miles on it. and im pretty sure i have ARP rod bolts, but im not positive. i have a ported mellings oil pump and a TR224 cam. comp r lifters.

now i was letting her breathe and i went a little too far in the RPMs and i over revved it. everything sounds the same and it drives the same. i didnt hit the rev limiter which i think is set at 6600 RPM. i know i dont really know how far i went passed the rev but it wasnt past 7K thats for damn sure.

my question is how worried should i be about the motor and how many times should i kick myself for not being a smarter driver?

plz lemme know cuz im shittin bricks over here.

Uhh...if you didn't even hit the limiter you are ok...Alot of people don't even shift until 6700-6800.

Your fine...I dunno why you aer so concerned.
