question about plenums

question about plenums how come on these systems i dont see much of anything resembling a plenum like id see on a bike? from what ive read the more room you give that air in the plenum, the more power you make, this has certainly been proven on bikes, so why arent people putting big fat ones on cars? or am i too stupid to see them?
