Where to find K&N breather element?

i just went to Advanced Auto and the guy said they didnt even have one available for my car so i looked in the catalog and it said the same thing?? 
Do they make em for an 01 5.7???

The regular air filter or the filter for the AIR injection? Usually they don't stock the regular K&N air filters for our cars. If it's the smaller push in breather filter, they have them in the ricer section.
