Catalyst efficiency????????
What exactly does this mean Catalyst efficiency, below threshold/bank 1 of 2. The guys at auto zone don't know what there talking about. They started naming all this stuff I need to replace, while I tried to tell them I have a diffrent exhaust and I think the cats are bad. I've replaced all the oxygen sensors, so I don't believe that's the problem. When I drive to school on sunday, TTU/ which takes 100 miles to get to, the SEC light comes on when I get off the Interstate, and stays on for a couple thousand miles until it goes off, and comes back on after a long drive. Has this ever happened to any one, and any suggestions.

that means the convertor(s) are not doing there job. the rear o2s are not seeing what they want and turning on the light. not sure of your mileage but, gm covers exhaust 8 years or 80,000 miles.

Ya, I have 84,000. They went bad right after 80,000. I just recieved my pacesetter headers in the mail. Can this hurt my motor (bad cats) if I dont install my headers for another 1,000 miles and get a tune.
