Default Turbo housing?

Im trying to decide on a exhaust housing for my turbos. I have two Garret 60-1 turbos with T3 .63 a/r housings. Do you think these housing are to small to make 700 rwhp? I was thinking about getting maybe a T3 .82 a/r exhaust housing or maybe a T4 .70 a/r exhaust housing? Heres my setup...

Twin 60-1 turbos
347 LS1 (3.905)
Mahle -16 dish pistons
CompStar rods
Stock crank
CompCam 222/218
AllPro Heads
Arp everthing
cometic head gaskets
8.3-1 C.R

being small on the turbos to begin with, open up the hot side.

Your current small T3's will make stupid quick spool, but personally I would rather have a little lag. You'll be pushing the turbos pretty hard to get 700 to the tire, so if you want all the help you can get, use the T4.

I might be returning these turbos and buying a pair of PT-61 Jose@forcedindusctions. The guy I bought them from said it would be $280 to upgrade to the t-4 exhaust housing He organilly told me these would make 800rwhp but now that I bought them he thinks I should upgrade to the $280 t-4 housing.
