How do i remove the cover? Lessons Learned?

Is there something i can do after removing the bumper supports to maintain the form of the nose?

It's easy, 3 nuts and a bolt along each fender, the clips up top, 3 clips underneith, bunch of small (7-10mm?) bolts underneith connecting the plastic sheilding. You will have to remove the headlights. I also trimmed the underside of the bumper down to minimium to help keep it from sagging. Also, at the front of each fender their is a nub that fits into the hole on the bumper cover. I cut this nub off, drilled a hole, and replaced it with a bolt and some washers to help keep that seem tight.

Here's what it looks like behind my bumper. My hood bumper line is actually tighter than it was when stock. No sagging or cracking issues.

I didn't pull the headlights. Other than that just unbolt and go. It is pretty easy.
