reuse stock lugnuts on ZR1s?

i dont see why not. If they fit in the lug nut holes on the rim to where they can be properly tightened, then they're fine. Try em, if not, pick up another set.
I went from 16s to ZR-1s also. My stock lug nuts would have worked, they just looked like **** b/c they were hidden on the stock wheels. I just got new lugs when I got my wheels. (and a lock nut for each wheel, I highly recommend.)

I had to change to shank style lugs for my 18x9.5 Z06's. Make sure the lug holes on your new wheels are cut to fit acorn style nuts. The edges of the holes should be angled, not straight.
