I am running an lt1 shaft on my ls1 car. No modification. Needed the extra strength of steel.

I was under the impression that a LS1 shaft would be better.

The ls1 shaft is aluminum. I have heard on several occasions that they will twist in two coming off the line with alot of torque. I went for the extra strength.
