How much HP or boost can a t60 support? Where can I get some 42lb inj.

Mike at New Era will give a good deal.
I think in most cases, the 60 will support about 500 or so.

My 60-1 put down 530rwhp @5100rpm.. falling off after that.

I had 506RWHP with 623FPTQ with my 60Trim...

So if I want 500-600rwhp I Should upgrade my turbo. Would it be best to use 60lbs inj. or can 42lb handle that hp?

You might as well go ahead with the 60's. Boost is addictive and they will give you a little more room. I would upgrade the turbo also.
