255/45/18? You think a 255/45/18 would be too tall for the front? I have 275/35/18 and i hate the stiff ride. Roads sucks here in austin, im just looking for a softer ride. TIA.

I think it would ride better but look funny and may be too tall and rub. I have 245/40/18's up front, looks fine and rides real good. See if you can find a 40 sidewall.
