Default whining, where to get it repaired?

I've got some gear whine on acceleration and I'm looking to get it fixed. I'm pretty sure that i'd just need some shims or something like that. Where's a good place to get something like this fixed? Like a big name shop. I'm around the ATL so i'm sure theres some place around me that can do it. Also, if I need shims and such, where can I get them, or will the shop have some?

I'd do it myself to save on labor, but I don't have a lift and I don't know where to take the measurements for the ring and pinion gears :\

Hey - I took mine to a dealer a while ago to replace a leaking pinion seal - after that my rearend was screaming like crazy - finally I took it apart and found broken outer pinion bearing. After I did some researching on inet I found out that they overtighten my pinion nut and that the best way to do it is do it yourself. (No one gonna play with your gears like yourself) I don't have a lift also - I'm doing it in my garage.
here is couple links for you to see what it takes to do it.
