I am planning about 400rwhp will 4.10s affect my driving I am planning on driving this car to work and was planning on going about 400rwhp, i was told that i shoud go 4.10 but iv herd its a killer on street to street driving. I was going to build an los1 or buy a ls2 long block and put headers and bolt ons but cant make up mind on that as well as gears.

my car puts down just over 400 rwhp and i loved my 4.10's behind my m6 till the destroyed the ring gear. what type of rear end do you have? 10 bolt 9" or 12 bolt? with that much power i'd seriously look into aa 12 bolt or a 9"
