Default passenger headlight wont come up

i looked in other posts but didnt find a direct answer. driver side come up fine. passenger just stays the same. and wont come up if i try slightly pulling on it iether.

and when my driver side goes down i hear a pop sound. but im most worried about fixing my passenger side light. how much does the motor assembly cost? im guessing that would be the most expensive route to fix it?

well your looking at 2 situations. either..

A.) the gears inside the headlight motor have stripped and gone bad
B.) the motor is not receiving power from the relay.

if the gears are bad most of the time u will hear a type of whining noise when u make them go down. if it makes no noise at all ever and just simply does nothing, then take the motor out, check the gears inside, check all of your connections and backprobe the connectors.
