Fixing the hole in my LG header from AIR fitting busting off
I have a hole in a drivers side LG Pro primary tube from the damn AIR fiiting breaking off. I did not even have the AIR hooked up but the weld was evidently shitty. Anyway can I fix this without pulling the header ? Has anyone ever done this successfully ? The hole is about the size of a penny.

This same thing happened to me but on the passenger side. It is fixable and the header does not have to come off. Just break the rest of the air tube off and then cut a small piece of metal alittle bigger then the hole. If you have a welder u can just weld it yourself with that small peice of metal to cover the whole. Just do a nice thick weld to be safe. If you don't have a welder just take it to a exhaust shop and they should be able to help you no problem.

Did you have block off plates installed? The reason I am asking
is I want to install block off plates and remove my air but if this
will cause weld failure at the fitting I will not do it.

Yes I have the plates. LG told me I must remove the computer prior to welding FYI. Even if the bat is disconnected.
