Default help t56 problem

theres something grinding or just sounds like it right under the shifter. it only does it from stop to start in first gear. And it dont do it every time when i went the track saturday it was making the noise real bad but once i ran a few times down the track it was fine no noise until the next day it seems the harder i drive the car the less i hear the noise,my car has about 70k miles on it and the spec 3 has about 3 or 4k on it and i already changed the fluid to syncromax, could this be a bearing or something. thanks for any help or advise
