39 and 11 what ratio?

39 and 11 what ratio? my friend has some gears for 04 or 05 hemi pickup. it has a 9 1/4 rear in it. he just bought some gears from a guy and he said the are 4.10's. the gears have 39 teeth on the ring gear and 11 on the pinion and the way i was told to find gear ratio was count teeth and divide. so 39/11=3.54. and the stock gears are supposed to be 3.54's so are these stock gears or am i wrong.
