Well Im a little confused here. I ordered a Spohn Adj TA on 12/30/05. I got it installed the day after I recieved it which was...maybe 1/6? Its currently 2/10 and I recieved and invoice in the mail from Texas Speed today. Im confused as to why I got it so late (and I do believe I got an invoice with the actual package...but I cant be 100% on that). Anyhow I was looking at the invoice here and it said "Transaction Status: Captured/Pending Settlement" What does that mean? I could swear it was paid for b.c I had about $100 over the cost in my account when it was ordered.

Can someone from Texas Speed please clear my clouded head?

Have you tried looking at your account to see if the funds were debited?

You might try calling them as well and talking to them on the phone to get some answers and help. Posting in this section isn't the way to do it. Call them on the phone and you'll get your answers a heck of a lot quicker and more accurately as well. They are great to talk to.

Since the Spohn TA drop shipped from them, we had to mail you the invoice. The first page is the invoice(how much the product was, shipping, etc.). The second page just shows that you were charged for the product. I apologize we were late getting that out to you. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Hey no apologies needed. I had great service, great timing on the part delivery, and not to mention great quality of the product. I was just a little confused is all. Definately would order from you guys again.
