Default Problem i think! transmission treatment in oil>??

i let a freind, paid, to pour some transmission treatment slick 50 into my auto trans mission.

simple right? get the red dipstick that says trans...pour into funnel..

well he gets the one that says OIL...it takes about 30 mins he comes back in and says i think i messed up.

So what to do????? i drove to a shop to have them do an oil change, but was closed, as driving home, i realized low oil pressure when my foot came off the accelator....but i have to drive to class in about 5 mins...help!

Just change the oil, probably hasn't hurt anything. It is a lubracant after all.

so your buddy poured transmission treatment into your engine? change the oil asap and don't let the engine run any more than necessary. everything should be fine, assuming you had the correct level of engine oil that has been properly maintained.

a friend of mine bought some motor honey once in an attempt to stop a knock from his 4.6 mustang, as soon as he opened the bottle and started to pour it out he refused to let it go into his engine, because it was so thick. so we poured it onto the asphalt and let another guy with a 4 cyl mustang do nasty burnouts, that **** really smokes!
