Default 12 Bolt Problem!!

I am going to post this in here and in couple of other forums.......

I am tired of my stupid bolts backing out of my 12 bolt. When I say bolts, I mean the bolts that hold the torque arm on. I have an adjustable torque arm. I have tried lock tight, lock washers, and everything! What can I do to fix this problem?

I tap the holes all the way down and have found longer bolts for those. Haven't had a single problem since with red locite.

Try "Safety Wire" - many on here have used it with lots of success!

I found some that were 1/4 longer from a local bolt supply company.
